Shipping Policy
JCDC is a JDM and Japanese parts distributor dealing with over 69 brands globally. We process each order within 24 hours and ship directly to customers from our warehouses in Japan, the U.K & the E.U.
We provide full package tracking on all orders – meaning you can easily keep track of your ordered parts each and every step of the way.
Order Cut-Off Times
- Orders placed before 4:30 PM GMT on business days (Monday-Friday) will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:30 PM GMT will begin processing the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or International holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Processing Time
- Standard parts and accessories: 3 – 9 business days
- Custom orders and rare components: 5 – 14 business days
Processing includes inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Domestic U.K. Shipping: 3 – 9 business days
- Local E.U. Shipping: 3 – 9 business days
- International U.S & Canada Shipping: 5 – 11 business days
- International AU & N.Z Shipping: 5 – 14 business days

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with your order tracking information once the order has shipped. This typically occurs within 24 hours of shipment. You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to maintain accurate delivery estimates, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Unforeseen supply chain disruptions
- Mandatory tariffs
We will communicate any significant delays affecting your order as soon as we are notified by the carrier.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled without penalty before they enter the processing stage.
- Orders in processing may be canceled subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.
